Are there any GOOD piano tutorials? . . . please read.?

I use to play piano from the ages about 5-11 but I dont remember most of the stuff.

Im 17 and already just started take guitar lessons at school so i cant afford to take piano lessons too.

But im thinking about starting to make my own music and I think being able to play piano and guitar would be really good skills?

Are they're any good books or online tutorials with skills on how to play and how to read music ect?

So any suggestions?
