Downloading music?!

Downloading music?

I downloaded an album, but instead of coming out as individual songs, it downloaded as 1 file. What program can I use to seperate the individual songs?

This is a very large mp3 file, which is why I want to change it from 1 song (which is all it was downloaded as) to the seperate songs it should be.
