Ok if I were to want to record about 5 songs in a studio...ah; how do i phrase this?...hmmm okay I want to accually help write the songs, how do I like find someone to play synth(because I want the popish sound, not accual guitar ect.)

If you are actually going to a studio, ask them for recommendations, chances are one of the studio employees plays keyboards, or they will at least know somebody local for the job. You will have to pay them though, for rehearsals and studio time. Recording studios are obviously gathering points for musicians, so they'll know who's good and who will be what you need.
