Which is better, American Rock Music, or European Rock Music?!

Which is better, American Rock Music, or European Rock Music?
Typical rock musicians for America include Bon Jovi, Lincoln Park, Hinder, Evanescense, Plain White T's, etc. While European include Kamelot, Sonata Arctica, Lacuna Coil, etc.
Answers:
American rock includes those bands you mentioned, but is not exclusive to them. Don't forget about the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Chris Cornell as a solo artist and the bands he's been involved with (Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, Audioslave), also Jimi Hendrix. And that doesn't even scratch the surface of what American rock has had to offer
Same with European rock, remember the Scorpions from Germany? Or Led Zeppelin, U2, and the Beatles from the U.K?. Europe, most notably the U.K. has contributed some big time bands right there.
Ultimately though I'd have to say I prefer American rock mostly because I haven't heard much else from Europe period much less what I've found that I like.
