A good CD with Nature??!

A good CD with Nature??

What is a good Nature CD with night sounds? I really don't want one with music.

Just a good CD that actually can help me sleep!! I am not fond of the "frogs, loons, or wolves......" I grew up around a lot of wooded areas as a kid, and I would listen to the Owls hoot or crickets.

I am tired of loosing sleep...so I am trying to find a better approach.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping too. I haven't yet found a good way to sleep yet though... I have a music and and nature CD. They didn't work for me, but I got them at bed, bath, and beyond. Try going to google and look up "nature sound cds". I found good ones by doing that! I hope you find one that works for you!
