though i want to learn this song call tong hua (fairytales by Michael Wong aka Guang Liang) but thing is i dont know how to read music sheet/notes any help? thanks.

i would also like a converter table that shows the symbol on the sheet with a key on the keyboard. e.g C= (that note)
