Why do the talented rappers get shunned 4 commercialism?!

Question:

Why do the talented rappers get shunned 4 commercialism?

Answers: Because there is a market for ni**ers. Most of these talented rappers have intelligent things to say. But, nobody wants to pay to see uplifting messages from intelligent rappers. Instead they'd rather see some big black dude cooning it up. It's a modern day minstrel show. That's why 50 Cent goes platinum and Common goes wood.

Hell, 50 even said it in his interviews. You can't sell records based on being intelligent or talented. You have to appeal to the lowest common denominator. why do people hate walmart?
they did somthing good and grew too big duh I know. As if anyone offered a butt-load of money would turn it down. Negativity associated with hip-hop. Too many rappers are keeping it too "real". Instead of the Jefferson's message of movin' on up, rappers revel in the hood with the ho's. It may or may not be "real" but is that what we want to program our kids with? This world is "real" enough, we could use a message of hope. Especially from rappers getting rich and moving to Beverly Hills. because its real hip hop and real hip hop is ment to be an underground movment because people hate when others come up
