T.I. is pretty good and the only reason he has that title is because he created it. But you do gotta give it Ludacris for being original and unique. Second on the list would be Chamillionaire, he is not as good as Luda but still keeps good focus on his music with his constant releases such as His 2 albums and his mixtape messiahs. Then it would be T.I. and then Lil' Wayne. Thats as far as it goes.
