I think a lot of country singers are a lot more open about their faith than in other genres of music, which I think is very admirable. Kenny Chesney definitely exposes his feelings and emotion very intimately, so I would think he has some sort of Christian beliefs, but it's hard to pinpoint denomination, Catholic, Protestant, etc.
But then there are the Carrie Underwoods of country music (I'm not a huge fan)--- Her first single- Jesus take the Wheel- has obvious religious connotations. But her third single-- Before He Cheats-- totally contradicts her previous song! I would prefer she would just pick a side and stick with it instead of trying to walk the fine line of being good and bad at the same time.
Not that Kenny Chesney is anything like Carrie. I hope.

All i know is that i bought this Kenny Chesney limited edition sony mp3 player. It comes with some of his videos already loaded on it and i can't figure out how to remove them.. I would love to cause that music sucks and the videos are BORING!
not sure about being a Christian but he does thank God for every award he gets, I would like to have one night with the man and make him scream God's name all night...lol
