Question: Do you like low-budget guitars for the fun of it? Just because they are not expensive and fun to check out?

i started with a cheap one and eventually got a better one. Ive got a BC Rich Warlock and its not massive expensive but it sounds really good, even better than my friends Strat which is kinda strange. You'd think a cheap little $250 guitar would be owned by a Strat but the Warlock hung in there lol. I love the cheap ones cause they tend to have the most unique looks to them, and arnt plain.

i love getting really expensive guitars in stores because i know that the only time i will be able to play them.
but then again i love messing around on cheap ones especially when they have whammy bars
hehe I prefer to check out nice expensive ones and drool over them because I can't afford them ..
I have 2 cheapish ones though, an Austin Branson cutaway and a Yamaha classical. they're still fun.
Yea, sometimes you can get some funky sounds and play with that.
No- most are pieces of junk with bowed necks, crummy switches, and soft wood. Deans seem to be good, though. Fender Squiers are best used as oars to row boats.
I love messing around with low budget guitars. Ibanez makes some pretty decent electrics and acoustics priced below $250. Their quality and playability makes them even more of a bargain.
Deans are cool too, as are some Epi's. Anything's fun, as long as they stay in tune and the frets don't tear up your fingers from being unfinished.
lol messing with any guitar is fun... and the cheap ones are great if you're short on cash or something.. but like gigs and stuff i'd rather have a fender or something... also you cant do a lot of tricks on the cheap ones you need the awesome ones for that
