That's not really my genre of music, but check out www.pandora.com, free and legal it gives you artists that are similar to ones you already like. It's super easy. Hopefully that helps!
You might like Rilo Kiley if you're a fan of Imogen Heap. Maybe try Regina Spektor, M.I.A., A Fine Frenzy, Meg & Dia, The Like, Metric, Kate Nash, and Tilly And The Wall too, if you're looking for other female vocalists.
