Question: Tell me what you think of these two unfinished songs:
I haven't felt this way...... in several days...... and it's all because of you.......So, when I see you standing there...... I just look up at you and stare......... oooh............stare..................
every time I look you in your eye..... it just makes me want to cry.... and if you want to know why..... then I mustn't tell you a lie..... and the reason is because after all those years we spent together.... one day you just decided to leave me forever.... and I'm just still missing you because I thought our love was true..... and now that I know I was wrong... I'm just writing this song.... and if you ever want to come back to live with me then please.... babe...... feel free.
By the way, "............." just means that you sing that word longer than the rest....or hold it longer than the rest.

i would say their pretty good but try to make everything rhyme with one word. but other than that its good!!
It depends on what type of music your doing. These sound would sound best in an alternative/rock style. but other than that keep it up Its got potential

I am a songwritter
Always write any lyrics you come up with in a notebook
Take it with you everywhere (but dont loose it)
If you are ever stuck on finishing a song, leave it until you find inspiration
I started a song in Jan and ended it in Dec
Never force yourself to finish if the inspiration isnt there

(also, learning guitar or piano DEFINATLY helps - just a few simple chords do the trick)

It sounds alright...though to be a profesional songwriter (im guessing thats what you meant as anyone could write a song)
you'll have to have more ideas and inspirations than that.
