Puffy (that's right he's still Puffy to me)... doesn't know how to first discover good talent .....and when he does FINALLY have the talent, he doesn't know how to properly manage their careers.
It's ALL about Puffy, his show, his broadway career, his album etc.... Nobody else on his label actually benefits from being alligned with him.... other than to MAYBE be a "one hit wonder"...
