What does "hand over hand" mean?!
Question: For example, if someone wants me to play an A minor scale or arpeggio "hand over hand"? I had three semesters piano in college but I don't remember this terminology.

It means crossing your hands as you play the scale. Play one scale with say your right hand and the next with left held over the right hand.
