I remember that news story when it came out. The one guy put out an ad saying he wanted a volunteer to let him eat him so the other guy responded. Before he killed his volunteer, the cannibal cut the other guy's penis off, cooked it, and both ate it. It's one crazy world.

As to the song "Mein Teil" and it's sickness, I have to partly disagree. The sick thing about it is the fact that it's a true story, as for the lyrics, they're quite cynical and well thought out and together with the music it's actually a very funny song for german speaking people (my mother language is german).
One of the sickest songs by Rammstein IMO is "Spring" where a poor guy climbs up a bridge to see the view and a crowd gathers thinking he wants to comit suicide and forces him to jump ("spring") in order not to let them down, for they want to see his blood and brains splashed all over the place. That's sick!
