Never heard him. Tell you what thought, one of the very few, nicest, upright and decent family men in Hollywood and is ranked along with harrison Ford and a small handful of others who do their trade as actors and then retreat to the confines of their family.
He's a great example of a family man for both blacks and whites alike.

People really need to stop hating on Will. He is definately a pioneer in hip hop. He won the first hip hop grammy so give dude his props. He's not the best rapper, but he was doing his thing back in the day.

For everyone that says he's not a rapper then what is? Yea I LOVE will smith as a rapper, of course I grew up on his stuff so I might be biased but who is more real than will smith? Tupac? don't think so, Biggie? doubtful... I know i'm getting thumbs down for this but Will Smith did what he did and it was 100% him. Plus, the dude could really rhyme, sounded great over Jazzy beats, and he had a certain ability to make you smile.

I like DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince more than I like Will Smith. Simone T is right people should stop hatin on him and he did win the first hip hop grammy I dont know why people dont consider him a rapper
