How do you gliss on the clarinet?!

Question: In Rhapsody in Blue, for instance, how do they do that?

Answers: In Rhapsody in Blue, for instance, how do they do that?

A friend told me that is a combination of sliding the fingers off and slackening the embouchure and slowly tighten it to catch up with the fingers.

I don't play clarinet so I don't know very much

I HAD THE SAME QUESTION! LOL! Would love to read the answers.

The clarinetist covers and partially slides slowly his fingers covering more of the holes the scale notes from less ascending the major C scale.
