I googled and found the following answer on Y/A from about 8 months ago.

Boom It Was Over" and "A Little Bit of Her Love" were the first two singles in the brief recording career of singer/songwriter Robert Ellis Orrall. Between 1992 and '93 Robert released three solo singles. When his solo career was not happening, RCA Records dropped him. Giant Records picked Robert up and paired him with Curtis Wright as a duo. When their two duo releases failed to hit, Robert and Curtis were dropped from that label, each to continue with successful writing careers.
