Question: no. harder isnt always faster. sometimes if its "harder"it just sounds like a jumbled mess
and heavier doesnt necessarily mean slower. theres a lot of very heavy fast music out there. but sometimes the pieces listed above are interchangeable and work positively.

Hard and Heavy aren't polar opposites.
Since they're subjective, I usually equate heavy with bass.
If you really want to be geeky about it, go two dimensional and make hard the x axis and heavy the y axis. Because some music is hard and heavy.
