The confusing part of the list is I'm not sure what you're ranking. Is it based on the top 20 bands or the top 20 songs? Assuming it's songs, Rag Doll shouldn't be there at all. Ratt - Round and Round deserves top 5 consideration. Otherwise, excellent list, brings back a lot of memories.

WOW girl your my generation! I luv them all. You have very good taste in music.
I'm a huge fan of W.A.S.P. but I never really considered them a hair/pop metal band..they weren't commercially popular enough for them to be hair metal and had the PMRC all over them all the time because their lyrics were usually much darker than could appear on MTV.. my favorite song from them though is "Cries In The Night".
