No. With "The Cool" Lupe passed Wayne. Wayne is going the way of ever other rapper and is starting to do "hippop". He is turning his bakk on his loyal fans and is directing his music to females. "P***y Monsta" is a great example. It doesnt even make any sense. "Girl I heard you cough, I wanna sukk out ya flu". Who wants to sukk someones flu out. And how?? Also, if you peeped his last mixtape out, you would notice, every song was about a female except one and that was "I'm Me".
Lupe rite now is the most underrated MC in the game. He is borderline genuis when it comes to songwriting. "Dumb It Down" he poked fun at himself and why he doesnt have as many fans as Wayne. And with every verse instead of "Dumbing It Down", his lyrics got more intelligent.
Also, you gotta add Kanye( i always have to spell his name twice because i spell it Kayne) to the better than Wayne list. I believe his is the only rapper that people can say his better than Wayne rite now and Waniacs dont get offended. O, and Jay Z. But, people on the West dont bump his hard.

He's not the best but he's good. I don't think he'll ever be the best but he can rhyme like a champ. If you put him in a battle with any rapper free styling I think he would win hands down.
