i want to answer this but i might get another violation notice for giving my honest opinion about the scene, even receive another hate mail telling me to stay away from this section like they owned this community. lol. ohhh, emo. too emotional.

I think they suck. Scenesters are pretentious a**holes. You can be at the same show and if you say 'wow these guys rock' a scenester will reply 'umm...they suck' but still stand there watching the band. Are they there just to be there (b/c they have to be part of the scene) or do they want you to think they are extra special because nothing can impress them anymore. But secretly at home they are masturbating to a poster of Conor Oberst from Bright Eyes.
I don't use lables. I know, most people that I know who are "scene", though, say that they, as well, don't use lables. Trust me, I'm friends with over 2,000 of them.

i think they are just a bunch of fuxking losers who are all sad about their life... they really dont have much to bit.ch about. the emos i know have a crap load of money, they all drive cars and s.hit and they really dont have much to ****** about except that they are single.... if you really wanted to be sad about life, why dont they life a day in the life of a person who has no money, cant drive anywhere, has an abusive parent or their parents are addicted to drugs or alcohol or they are mentally challenged or they have cancer or something... they bit.ch and whine because their parents wont buy them the new Paramore CD and they cut themselves because their hair isnt the latest style... its fuxking pathetic.... grow up and realize that life isnt fair, but you have to deal with it.

i hate them, the whole scene cr*p is ruining good music, cuz so many bands now are followin the scene linkin park for one... there is a huge difference in styles, compare papercut to what ive done... and my chemical romance are following the scene, and i hate to say it Manson!!! also simple plan (hated them anyway but the new song if emoish compared to their pop punk days) all to get record sales!!! so i say EUTH THEM ALLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Scene" has been around waaaaaay before you kiddies were just a thought. In the 60s, they were hippies.
i can sum them up in one sentence: whiny,annoying kids! They are dangerous to themselves and everyone else and their attitude....... just pisses me off. they think they are really hardcore when they listento death metal. they just follow the scenes and forget about the most important aspect of rock... Music!!! the quicker the trend ends the better. just sweep them into a gutter!
I think emo kids are all posers. They try too hard to be "scenexcore'' and "emotional". They call themselves emo because they are "emotional" . Then everyone in this world should be called emo, huh? I hate the kids at my school that calls themselves emo and they act like such losers. And especially when they whine about how life is so terrible for them and how they are so depressed and they cut themselves. It's like, get a life, you know? God, they are such losers.

you think they are shallow? if you think an ENTIRE subculture of people is consistent of all the exact same poeple, YOU are shallow, my friend. if you hate someone because of their clothes, it is discrimination. if you hate someone because you actually know the person and you know he/she is an *sshole, then it's okay i guess. but to hate someone because they are emo/scene is prejuidice (which i suffer from every day), and then you are shallow indeed. it surprises me how many shallow and prejudging poeple are out there. go get a life. please.
another thing, what for god's grace gives YOU people the right of judging us? what gives you the right to beat us up for how we look, or for what kind of music we like? and what do you think to achieve with this? you think people will find you cool? find you funny? i mean, why would you beat someone up for no real reason? it's like i would ask one of you what music you like. then you'd say (for example) ''classic rock''. then i say ''classic rock sucks!'' and i beat you up. does that make any sense at all? of course it doesn't! but it's exactly what so much people are doing. i won't say i hate you, because i don't. i don't know you, and have no reason to hate you. i just find you all pathetic and shallow for saying ''i hate emo/scene kids'' so shallow...
