Is it ok that your voice kinda cracks?!
Question: ok so iv'e been having some voice problems but i think my voice has came together....but theres a new problem ive always had this rough raspy late billie holiday type feel to it....and was always in my lighter emotional singin voice but no its worked it's self to my more louder projecting voice if you will i don't know what to thin but its kinda like fanatasia louder singing voice but my falesto and high coos are still smooth and high but the still have this late mariah carey breathy tent to them and my lower notes

Your voice is changing into its place for adulthood. The louder projecting voice comes from maturity. Even for me as an adult, as I have aged from my 20's into 30's, my voice has grown to develop more power. As far as falsetto, that sound is supposed to seem lighter and in some voices breathier than your chest voice. You don't find too many men singing heavy in their falsetto.
Voice is an ever growing process. There will be times that you will need to change how you vocalize and project according to the changes in your instrument. Whatever you do, make sure you have good diaphragmatic breathing, and make sure you are relaxed and open as you sing through the "rough changes" in your voice. It will carry you better through the process. Regardless of the process your voice is going through, keep singing!
How old are you? You might be going through puberty.
