Do you know this song? Help!!?!

Question: The beginning of the song is some simple piano, then a girl sings somethingabout a "new day"... Somewhere in the song she says something about "give and take", I think?
Then towards the end of the song she starts saying "Tra la la la, la la...." And the piano continues.
I know it isn't much to go on but it was also on a commercial, although which one I cannot recall.
