She's not a singer. She's a face for the record company's latest investment.
The person singing the songs will be a professionally trained session musician - "Miley Cyrus" is just a pretty face to sell records. Once she gets old and ugly, or her appeal wears down, they'll just stick a new teen celebrity in her place, with the same team of writers and maybe even the same session musician singing the parts.
Don't get fooled by the pathetic attempts by record labels to make money. Buy music that real musicians make - you can tell the difference. Go see "Miley" live - she'll be lip-synching to somebody else's songs. As compared to say... Dream Theater. Who clearly don't...
