Answers: Please help with these words:

skernèetoh
i think the other word it isn't correct, maybe it's " capisci " and the pronunciation is: kapèeshee
schernito: skayr-NEE-toh
and i think you mean CAPISHE (ending with an "e" not an "i") and you say "cah-PEE-shay".
hope this helps

I think it's (from the Italian pronunciation guide at the back of my Vaccai vocal exercises):
ske("skeleton")-r-nee-toh("tore" without the 'r' sound)
and
ka-pees-kee
(if you gave the correct words, that is)
The Italian 'r' is rolled. The 'sch' sound is like 'sk' instead of 'sh'. 'sci' and 'sce' (without the 'h') would be pronounced 'shee' and 'shae' (as in 'shade') respectively. I think that's your main problem? Because I was also confused as to how to pronounce 'sch' last time.
