Any Thrice fans?!
Question: Thrice is my favorite band ever and nobody I know has ever heard of it. It's so awsome and i don't understand why they don't play any of their songs on the rock stations. Is there anyone else who has heard of this band or knows what I'm talking about?

LOVE Thrice. I've been a fan of theirs for years. Honestly, when i think of radio 'rock' stations, Thrice and bands like that don't immediately come to mind. Stuff like Metallica, Pearl Jam, Black Sabbath, Crossfade, Seether, etc. are what get played on my local rock stations. Plus, I'd like to keep Thrice my little secret amongst friends. They're too good to share!
Have you ever heard their lead singer's solo stuff? If not, definitely check it out. His name's Dustin Kensrue.

I'm not a fan of their earlier stuff, but I really like the first Alchemy Index album, good stuff very experimental.
They are an amazing band and one of my favorites,but you have to think about what would happen if they did get overly popular,people would say they were $hit and totally destroy them like every other band thats made it big.As much as I love them,I dont want to see that happen to them at all and I dont want people telling me Im an idiot for listening to them,that would piss me off.I want them to make it big gradually and prove to people that they have what it takes to make it without all the publicity that every one else thinks they need.
