My MIDI Controller have "time delay"?!
Question: Whenever i played any VST Instruments, i can hear the delayed timing. currently i am using the Primary Sound Card. Why it is happen? And how to solved it!? I need a guide from anyone.

what drivers are u using. if it is directx, mmc or anything other than ASIO expect up to 700ms latency. if you are using vista with software designed for xp then that could be it. it's hard to guess but asio setting would be a good start.
ASIO settings control audio to midi sync. quit out of your sequencer and go to ASIO settings in your sequencers start menu folder (or settings may be in the program it varies) and try changing your sync source (eg. DMA block or sample position) and your buffer sizes.
using the standalone version of your soft synths instead of vst (and recording the output) can also reduce latency.
