I haven't really given Killswitch Engage and Fall of Troy a listen. Lazy music fan, I know!
Coheed and Cambria are, as Fonzie T. said interesting. I have to give them more time before I decide that. Respectable , though.
Seether, I do like. However they are pretty generic. There is plenty of talent there, I would like to see them stretch themselves more.

I'll be honest I only ever listened to seether but I thought they were pretty good.
Coheed and Cambria- Interesting music, but did Not see the ties to Rush eveyone kept making. Not crazy about the singer's voice. Sounds like Michael Jackson trying to sing metal.
Killswitch Engage- Liked the little I've heard.
Co&Ca- one of my favorite bands ever
KSE- meh, nothing special for me
fall of troy- havent really listened to em that much, but i dont really like em
seether- not such a huge fan anymore

Killswitch Engage: Too heavy for me, but I think they have talent
The Fall of Troy: Never heard of them. If you put up a name of one of their songs, I would check them out
Seether: Fantastic. One of my favorite Bands on planet Earth. Seen them live. They covered Nirvana's "You know Youre Right." Shawn Morgan sounded just like Kurt Cobain. One of the best bands (in my opinion) to hit the rock scene this millenium.

Seether seems to be really good, got some of their albums... they're not only writing good own stuff, they are amazing when covering songs... eg Pearl Jam - Immortality
I haven't heard Coheed and Cambria's songs, but Killswitch engage is Ok, and Seether is pretty good. I really like The Fall of Troy, and F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X is a really good song, as is Simi-Fiction.
Honestly? They're all mundane, talentless, and completely boring.

sometimes...they work so hard at sounding different that they begin to sound alike...and seether is the only one out of your list that has any amount of what i think they all need.
coheed-mm lyrics are creative, but i dont like the newest stuff. just not right.
Killswitch-i haven't really listened to them much, but they are okay. Interesting vocals.
The fall of troy-like them the best. I think they have talent, and should definitly get more attention.
Seether-do not like them at all. i see nothing, and i dont really think they are worth listening to.
