Question about Milk and Singing/Performing?!
Question: O.K, I eat cereal every morning with skim milk. People say it effects your singing (Mucous build ups), and I just wanted to ask how long does the effect usually last?

milk does effect your singing. if you have had milk at the start of the day, it is most likely to still effect your singing by the end of the day, sorry if that is bad news, but it;s the truth.

it does affect your singing if you drink it plain, happens to me all the time, just try to clear your voice as much as possible, drink water,and don't worry before you go to preform.
I drink milk all the time, and my voice sounds terrible! lol, but i dont think that's the reason
