I don't care for it...I think it's sappy and such a departure from the music I liked R.E.M. for...I think they were flirting with the B-52 girl when they decided on that tunes inclusion on the album...btw, are you an R.E.M. fan? Have you ever checked out "The Hindu Love Gods"? It's the R.E.M. guys backing up Warren Zevon on a bunch of old rock and blues tunes...apparently they were out on a tour together, and as a way to unwind they would record songs!
I personally like "Everybody Hurts" better.
I was just thinking about that song. It makes me chuckle.
