Question: Need good work out music!!?
I don't like to work out to rock and I need something really energetic!. Something thats when I listen to it I immediately want to do sit ups!. I prefer dance, electronic, house, hip-hop, or even some latin, jazz or french music!. Please no top forty pop stuff because I already have it (Rihanna, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani etc!.) Nike recently launched a series of mix CDs that are proper dance acts putting together mixes of music set to exercise!. The Crystal Method's one, "Drive", is an excellent CD designed for running- over 45 minutes you start steady, pace yourself, have peaks, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Google "Zumba", it is a "very high activity" work out system, that uses Latin/South American music!. I've got friends that loved the intensity of the pace that is set!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
