No, I think it's about a break up!. It could be about the addiction but I don't think so!. In the song he says "First time you screamed at me, I should have made you leave!. I should have known it could be so much better!." That, to me, is definitely talking about a break up!. I also think its about him proving to the girl that she's missing out on him!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
