Can anyone ID this 80's tune please!?

The sample is taken from the classic 80's show "The Fall Guy" and is from the episode "Spring Break"!. I know it's hard to identify and has two main characters talking over the top, but i was hoping somebody may recognise it!.
I can pick up the words "how does it feel" but Google returns far too many results for me to have a fighting chance with!
