a band that starts out making music for the love of music and doesnt care about the money, but sellout and start making crappy music like metallica
or a band like the jonas brothers who've never made good music and were always sellouts, but were never really expected to make good music anyway!.
i argue that a band like metallica is worse because at least the jonas brothers never let anyone down by making crappy music everyone kinda expected it!.

He used to be "underground" but then he sold out and started appearing in magazines like Vogue!.

The Jonas Brothers are worse because, like you said, they will never make good music!. We all know Metallica is able to make good music, even if they don't anymore!.
