Why do a lot of people get mad when they find out someone else likes an undergro!
Question: Why do a lot of people get mad when they find out someone else likes an underground band they like!.!.!.!?
even if they are the ones that suggested maybe one person to listen to!? Or maybe if they mention a genre that the other person has not heard of, then get mad when they find out that they listen to a lot of underground bands from that genre!?
It's when the person trusts the other person and *thinks* that the other person will not tell, but unfortunately does!.
What do you think of this!? In this case, since the person who has tried to keep their music underground is now being shared by all gaining popularity who is at fault!?

Yeah I don't know I think that because you might be in a different group of people they'd think that you're supposed to stick to that type of music!. I had the same thing happening to me!. I am something well that you might call a more Prep/Posh kind of girl and when some of my well Gothic more friends found out that I'm in love with HIM they were all up in arms!. Well I should have argued that I've known about the band before they were ever known about in the States but oh well!. Let them think whatever they want to, do you!. Don't listen to other people!. There is not genre that a specific type or group of people should listen too!. They're just insecure!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Because a lot of people try to be "scener than though", and so if somebody else likes some completely unknown band that they pretend to like, they stop feeling so smugly superior!. It makes them feel special, or somehow better than other people!.
Honestly, I hate it when people do this, a band doesn't loose talent when they get off food stamps!.

i know exactly what u mean! i guess they think they're special because they found a cool band on their own and when they're trying to impress u but ur not impressed because u already know about it,it ruins it! And i think it's the person that tells the spreader's fault because if they didnt tell the spreader it would be impossible to spread it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
That's kinda dumb I think!. Sorry if anyone has done it!. I think that you should recommend underground bands to other people!. Those bands don't have much popularity and might live from their music!. So how can you call yourself a fan of them if you want them to be unknown!? Because the person prides themselves on obscurity!. They like the thought of being different from the norm and if the obscure band they like becomes too popular then they wont feel different anymore!. I think they have an inferiority complex!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

hmm i personally find no problem with this as long as they're not like you know "oh i LOOOOVE so and so!!!" and i ask what songs they like and its THEE most popular song that artist has made and they know nothing else or they don't even get what they're all about!.
but i think its like a super deluxe one of a kind barbie beach house!. Its YOUR super deluxe one of a kind barbie beach house and nobody can have one cuz you took forever to find it and when you find that other people do have it!.!. you feel crummy because you're not the only person who has it anymore :(!.!.
