Question: R&P: is this normal for a person to remember things this way!?
okay sorry but i have no idea where to put this question, so if you have suggestions those are welcome because i really want an answer!.
anyway, so i just got to thinking about junior year in high school and how happy i was most of the time, but how i could also be super depressed!. and when i remember certain events like try to visualize them in my head they always have a yellow tint to them!.
like i can picture exactly what happened at the park one day, me and my friend jillian met my other friend, kevin, at the park after i got some money from an atm machine!. then i drove through the soccer field in my car while my friend jill talked to me about "catcher in the rye"!. kevin left and eventually we left after hangin out on some playground equipment and watching the sunset!. but when i visualize all of this it all has a yellow tint to the memory like an old style movie on tv or something!. and i know it shouldnt be yellow because the sun was shining and the sky was bright blue the field was green not yellow and my friend that we met was wearing blue!.

I do somewhat the same thing except I associate the event with a colour that evokes the particular emotion I was feeling at the time, for example, things that made me happy are very bright, vibrant rainbow colours, depressive periods are grey/blue, and angry periods are red/black!.

I do that sometimes too!.!.!.I remember one day when I was 2 years old (idk how i remember this far back),I was wearing a white t-shirt with navy blue velvet overalls over it and I ran up to my mom an had one of those little pink key chain notebook things, and I was like, "Pink is my favorite color,mommy!"!. This all happened in a kitchen at house I don't even remember living in!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Wow that is weird but at the same time cool!. Sounds almost like a photographic memory or something similar!. Either way that is amazing you can recall so many details from so long ago!.
