What songs do you think are good to sleep to!?

If you like classical music, try pieces with solo pianos, or new age music!. Yoga music is good too cause its calming and relaxing!. There is a CD by Eli Bay which is specifically designed to help you fall asleep better!. I personally listen to soundtracks, like the pieces from Memoirs of a Geisha, Finding Neverland, etc!. One artist I really like is Joe Hisashi, he is amazing on the piano!.
Have you seen shoutcast!? if you have itunes or winamp then you can listen to any radio station in the world, for free!. Its great for listening to something different and hearing new artists!. Its at shoutcast!.com and i highly recommend it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I just leave the radio on, but at a low volume!. I dont really listen to the music though unless it's a song I care about!. Or sometimes I have a sound machine where it makes calming sounds to help me sleep (e!.g!. ocean waves, heartbeat, summer night, flowing stream, etc!.) But I hardly have it on!. I think what helps me sleep even more is if I clear my mind and not think about what happened today, or what will happen tomorrow, or what I will have to do tomorrow!. It's a matter of peace and quiet really!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
some of my fav's are movie backing tracks!.!.!.always put me right to sleep!
The themes from the movie "out of africa" and "the bridges of madison county" are good, also there's a version of the "amazing grace" sung by meryl streep ( my favourite actress ever) from the movie "silkwood" with just her voice and not instruments and that always sets me off right to sleep!Www@Enter-QA@Com
