This is kind of a funny question, but when I read it I immediately thought of that song Rockabye by Shawn Mullins (came out a few years ago)!. The song and phrase make no sense to me and he just repeats it over and over!. In my opinion his falsetto voice is annoying, so that just adds to the "I cannot stand this" factor!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
