Tomato soup, followed by freshly made pork liver pate and toast, then goujons of lemon sole, for main course lamb cutlets, new potatoes and peas, then a fine selection of mature cheeses, rounding the meal off nicely with profiteroles and chocolat. apres-dejeuner, a fine Armagnac and a St.Luis Rey Petit Corona.
A nice lunch, i shall leave you to chose the wines
