Kind of a lame survey but curious: What would you do to get rid of some jerk forever out of a chatroom?

He picks on everyone regardless of religion, skin colour , sexual orientation, basically whatever.
He loves to clone people and use stupid insults such as " Sheep Shagger" or "You s-l-u-t-!"
Not many moderators come into the room because they can't handle the abuse unlike me.
Anyway my query is, what would you do to get rid of someone you unfortunately can't kill cause it's the damn internet?

I think it's impossible because it's so easy on Yahoo! to make multiple accounts.
