What makes one a loser?

I hear this term often. lol

1-Doesn't show up for vistis with his daughter.
2-hasn't paid me child support for so many years I forget the last time.
3-swithces jobs to avoid paying.
4-Lives with a girl for 14 years that can't stand his daughter and doesn't want her there.
5-Won't marry his girlfriend , she will lose her low housing.
6-Drinks and drives with his child in the car for 14 years and denies it.
7-Lies about everything,even stuff that doesn't matter.
8-someone that has molested their own child.
