Ok this is how it all started My nephew is 13 and he left his skateboard in the middle of the walk way..Now anyone could have tripped and fell and i told him this two times when u get done playing with ur things put them away..And he doesn't listen so he gets mad at me and attackes me and hit me in the face so i kicked him and scratched him up do ya'll think that was wrong of me and i told him 2 get the F*** out.

Sounds like your nephew has a lack of respect for other people. He should've never attacked you and should have listened to you when you told him to take care of his things. Maybe if it had been him who tripped over the skateboard he would've understood. Sorry to hear he's being disrespectful towards you. I don't think it was exactly the right thing to do by attacking him back, but you had every right to tell him to get out. Don't feel bad...you have every right to stand your ground!
