Have you ever layed on the floor in your room, staring at the wall, blocking out all noise thinking nothing at all?
I have. I hate to do it, because I only do that when I start having bad thoughts and flashbacks. Part of me wishes someone would pick me up off the floor. The bigger part wants me to stay there forever.

Yes, all the time. You have to force yourself not to do that. You have to constantly keep yourself and your mind busy.
