There is the biggest and hairiest spider I have ever seen?

that has just crawled onto my moniter....... When they are on the floor I can put a cup over it and take it in the garden but I cant get at this one. It keeps staring at me...I thnk I'm lunch...its THAT big! HEEEELP!
