How do you post a bulletin on YouTube?
Okay so i have a youtube account and i want to post a bulletin for someone else, but i am not sure how. Can you help?

when your on your youtube home page make sure you are in the category "channel" down on the left hand side there should be the bulletins box..there should be a link you can click that says. Broadcast a message to all your friends!..that should do it. hope i made some sense..
