from what i ve seen on here mistress, you are beyond beautiful, and i think it ebbs and flows from the inside out~
but to answer your question ive known 'beautiful' people on the outside..but time changes that pretty fast and pretty dramatically, and if they dont have any inner beauty to fall back on, their 'beauty' is just fleeting, shallow and gone~~~~~
