Just because fast food places got rid of trans fat does it mean the food is any healthier?

I know allot of fast food places got rid of trans fat such as kfc mconalds and now burger king but does it really make the food any better for you.

Ah..mmm, no. Just less bad for you. Its like cutting yourself with a sharp knife or a rusty dull knife. They both cut and hurt you but the sharp one hurts less.
Tech side is that trans fat raise your LDL cholosterol this cholesterol likes to stay put in your body and ends up in your arterial walls. Trans fat at the same timfe lower HDL cholesterol, this cholesterol is flushed out of the body via bile in waste or recycled into bile or is used to make steroid hormones. This one actually removes the cholesterol from your body. That is why trans fat is so lethal
