Question for women?

Have you ever worked someone that was mostly male employees? I work at a company of around 2k people and only around 80 or 90 employees are female. It sucks, I feel so out of place.

Might I add that almost all of the guys are at leat 20 years older than me

i'd rather work with guys any day of the week. i found that they are more honest with you instead of back-stabbing.
