I bought a very nice house, My Grandpa passed away and left me a nice inheritance, I paid off my house and paid the taxes and the untilites 'up front' for the next 10 yrs.... I thought this was a Good Idea, to pay upfront on some bills. I miss my Grandpa, I'd rather have him back in my life, than his money for a house...... THANK YOU GRAMPS! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! :-)

Please, Have your future home Inspected, before you sign on the papers! Check every inch of the home that your looking at and ask your Insurance Company, about Mold & Black Mold Protection! Have a Legal INSPECTOR inspect your future home!

foreclosure........... my choice tho!
